Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

  • Who are we?

Passionate educational leaders, looking to make a big impact.

  • What is the meaning of Murabiyoon?

The word Murabiyoon (مربِّيُّون) is the plural of the word Murabi (مربِّي), an educator. Murabi derives from the Arabic word rabba (ربّى), which means to raise, educate, nurture and cultivate. The verbal noun for this term is Tarbiyah (تَرْبِيَة). So, a person who gives Tarbiyah is a Murabi.

  • What services do we provide?

Currently our services are limited to podcast and curriculum development. We have so much more to offer and hope to do so in the coming months and years. Other services, such as, ethical training, mentoring and more will be coming soon.

  • Why do we focus on incremental improvements?

Many educational institutions are consumed by the bigger more immediate activities on a day-to-day basis. The pressures of compliance, results, budgets etc makes it difficult to fit in everything. Therefore, naturally some things must be overlooked or remain at the bottom of the to do list.Through our experiences, we believe some of those things that ‘have to be overlooked or remain at the bottom of the to do list’ warrant being given more priority. Small ideas when completed with precision and passion can grow into something big. We (like many others) are convinced great things can be achieved through a series of small incremental improvements.
